Protestors blocking roads in Hong Kong Island and Wan Chai Police Station Report Room service suspended

At 2.30pm today (September 15), protestors began to march from Causeway Bay area to Central area. Some protestors have arrived in Central. The protestors have been occupying Hennessy Road, Queensway, and Des Voeux Road Central, causing serious obstruction to the traffic. They are participating in an unauthorised assembly. Police warn the protestors to stop their illegal acts immediately.
Police appeal to drivers to avoid travelling to the area and stay tuned to the latest traffic arrangements.
The report room services of Wan Chai Police Station are now temporarily suspended. In case of emergency, please call 999.
