The Government Property Agency is inviting tenders for a three-year tenancy of the fee-paying public car park on Portion(s) of the Lower Basement and Portion(s) of the Upper Basement of Wanchai Tower at 12 Harbour Road, Immigration Tower at 7 Gloucester Road and Revenue Tower at 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
 
     The premises should only be used for the purpose of a fee-paying public car park for the parking of private cars and motorcycles.

     The tender notices were uploaded today (September 4) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection in office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays) at the Government Property Agency:

(i) 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong (September 4 to 20, 2019);
(ii) 9/F, South Tower, West Kowloon Government Offices, 11 Hoi Ting Road, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon (September 23 to 25, 2019).

     Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the site should make a prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before September 16 this year.
 
     Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box situated on the Ground Floor, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, before noon on September 25 this year. Late tenders will not be accepted.
