​The Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Lau Kong-wah, will leave Hong Kong in the morning of August 29 for Incheon, Korea, to attend the China-Japan-South Korea Cultural Ministers' Meeting. Mr Lau will attend the meeting as a member of the Chinese delegation.
 
     Mr Lau will return to Hong Kong in the evening of August 30. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Home Affairs, Mr Jack Chan, will be the Acting Secretary for Home Affairs.
