Chief Secretary for Administration: I think let's not labour over this point at this stage. I think a more important point is to get the Bill enacted in the first place so that we can have a legal basis to take things forward. Alright? Okay?
Reporter: The legal sector is quite unhappy that John Lee said they don't understand the Bill. How would you respond to this?
Chief Secretary for Administration: I think the Secretary for Security, John Lee, has explained it yesterday that it is not what he meant. It's clearly not what he meant.
