The Government Property Agency invited tenders for the purchase of five former government quarters in February 2019 and today (April 17) announced the tender award for the following three properties at the highest total sale price of $120,848,000:

(i) 25th Floor of Block 43 and Car Parking Space Nos. 154 and 203 on Upper Ground Floor of Blocks 41, 42, 43 and 44, Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Hong Kong (at $42,388,000);

(ii) 11th Floor of Block 44 and Car Parking Space No. 79 on Ground Floor of Blocks 41, 42, 43 and 44, Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Hong Kong (at $36,280,000); and

(iii) Apartment No. 2 on 12th Floor of Block A and Car Parking Space No. 12 on C1 Floor of Block A, Elm Tree Towers, 8 Chun Fai Road, Hong Kong (at $42,180,000).

     The tenders for the following two properties have been cancelled:

(i) 4th Floor of Block 44 and Car Parking Space No. 10 on Ground Floor of Blocks 41, 42, 43 and 44, Baguio Villa, 550 Victoria Road, Hong Kong; and

(ii) 3rd Floor of Block A, Cape Mansion, 60 Mount Davis Road, and Car Parking Space No. 1 on Ground Floor, Block A, Cape Mansion, 60 and 62 Mount Davis Road, Hong Kong.

     All tenderers have been informed of the tender result in writing.
