The following is issued on behalf of the Legislative Council Secretariat:

     The Legislative Council (LegCo) Subcommittee on Matters Relating to Railways will hold a meeting tomorrow (March 29) at 8.45am in Conference Room 1 of the LegCo Complex. During the meeting, members of the Subcommittee will discuss the incident of the new signalling system testing on Tsuen Wan Line on March 18 and the "Interim Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Construction Works at and near the Hung Hom Station Extension under the Shatin to Central Link Project".

     The first meeting of LegCo Subcommittee on Control of Obscene and Indecent Articles (Amendment) Regulation 2019 and Allowances to Jurors (Amendment) Order 2019 originally scheduled for tomorrow at 10.45am has been cancelled. 

     Meanwhile, the meeting of LegCo Finance Committee (FC) originally scheduled at 3pm tomorrow in Conference Room 1 of the LegCo Complex will start at 3.15pm (or an earlier time between 3pm and 3.15pm). If the preceding House Committee meeting ends before 3pm, the FC meeting will start at 3pm.
