The Lands Department announced today (March 14) that in respect of the tender for the site Tai Po Town Lot No. 244 at the junction of Yau King Lane and Pok Yin Road, Pak Shek Kok, Tai Po, New Territories, which was awarded on February 15 to the successful tenderer, Channel First Limited (parent company: Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $6,309,380,000, the tender amounts submitted by the unsuccessful tenderers in descending order are published on an anonymous basis as follows:
