STH visits North District (with photos)

     The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan, visited North District this afternoon (December 14) to have an update on the latest developments of the district.
 
     Accompanied by the District Officer (North), Mr Chong Wing-wun, Mr Chan first met with the Chairman of the North District Council, Mr So Sai-chi, and District Councillors to exchange views on transport and housing issues in the district.
 
     Mr Chan then inspected Kai Leng Roundabout in Sheung Shui where he was briefed by Transport Department officers on the design of the roundabout and the traffic conditions in the area.
 
     Before concluding the district visit, Mr Chan visited a family household living in Cheung Lung Wai Estate, Sheung Shui.
