Police are investigating a fatal traffic accident in Tsing Yi in the small hours today (November 24) in which a 34-year-old man died.

     At about 1.21am, a bus driven by a 47-year-old man was travelling along Tsing Yi Road West north bound. The bus was later stopped at roadside. A motorcycle driven by the 34-year-old man reportedly rammed into the rear end of the bus.

     Sustaining injuries to his head, the motorcyclist was rushed to Yan Chai Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead at 1.50am.

     Investigation by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories South is underway.
