The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) today (November 23) announced that in response to requests from interested tenderers, the tender period for the contract for Kai Tak development - stage 4 infrastructure at the former runway and south apron has been extended to noon on December 28.

     The CEDD invited tenders for the contract on September 28. The original tender period was scheduled to expire at noon on December 7.

     The extension of the tender period was gazetted today. Details of the tender notice are available on the CEDD's website (www.cedd.gov.hk/eng/tender/contract/tender/index.html#ED/2018/01).

     The CEDD has commissioned AECOM Asia Company Limited to supervise the works. For enquiries, please call the company at 3922 9000 during office hours.
