Special traffic arrangements on Hong Kong Island

The following special traffic arrangements will be implemented between 8am and 11am:
Road closure
------------
- Northern section of Edinburgh Place north of City Hall; and
- Western kerbside lane of the eastern section of northbound Edinburgh Place between City Hall Car Park and the northern section of Edinburgh Place.
Traffic diversion
-----------------
Traffic along eastern section of northbound Edinburgh Place cannot turn left to northern section of westbound Edinburgh Place.

The following roads will be intermittently closed from 9.15am until the crowd has dispersed and traffic resumes normal:
- Tin Chiu Street;
- Marble Road;
- Kam Hong Street;
- Westbound King’s Road; and
- Kam Ping Street.
Vehicles may not be permitted to access or leave car parks along the route during the road closure period.
Actual implementation of the traffic arrangements will be made depending on traffic and crowd conditions in the areas. Motorists are advised to exercise tolerance and patience and take heed of instructions of the Police on site.
