CHP alerts public on bogus website

     The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health (DH) today (July 25) wishes to alert members of the public to a suspected bogus website with the domain name www.hkmenshealth.com, which resembles the official website of the Men's Health Programme of the DH.

     The CHP reminds the public that the DH's subscription to the above website domain expired on April 24 this year and the contents of the Men's Health Programme have already been relocated to a designated section under the CHP website at (www.chp.gov.hk/hkmenshealth_en) since then.

     The CHP has referred the case to the Hong Kong Police Force for further investigation.

     Anyone who has provided his or her personal information to the website concerned or has conducted any financial transactions through the website should contact the Police.
