Tenders invited for government properties tenancy and fee-paying public car park licence

     The Government Property Agency is inviting two separate tenders for a three-year tenancy of premises comprising (1) the government canteen at the ground floor and the first floor of the Junior Police Officers' Mess; (2) the government canteen at the ground floor of the Officers' Mess; and (3) the refreshment kiosk on the ground level next to the Junior Police Officers' Mess, which are all situated at the Police Tactical Unit Headquarters, 1 Wu Tip Shan Road, Fanling, and a three-year licence for the fee-paying public car park at the ground floor, level basement 1, level basement 2 and level basement 3 of Cheung Sha Wan Government Offices, 303 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon.

     The properties in Fanling should be used for the purposes of canteens and a refreshment kiosk, while the property in Cheung Sha Wan should be used for the purpose of a fee-paying public car park for the parking of private cars and motor cycles only.

     The tender notices were uploaded today (May 4) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.

     Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before May 10 for the properties in Fanling, and by calling 2594 7654 on or before May 24 for the property in Cheung Sha Wan.

     Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at G/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, before noon on May 29, 2018 for the properties in Fanling, and before noon on June 1, 2018 for the property in Cheung Sha Wan. Late tenders will not be accepted.
