Tender awarded for site in Tuen Mun

     The Lands Department announced today (May 2) that the tender for a site, Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 544 at Siu Lang Shui Road, Area 49, Tuen Mun, New Territories, has been awarded to the highest tenderer, Westlink Investments (parent company: Goodman HK Investments), on a 50-year land grant at a premium of $2,750.888888 million.

     The tenderers, other than the successful tenderer, in alphabetical order, with the name of the parent company where provided by the tenderer in brackets, were:

(1) Danford Development Limited (Sino Land Company Limited)
(2) First Fair Limited (Sun Hung Kai Properties Limited)
(3) Mapletree TM (HKSAR) Limited (Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd)
(4) TMLC Limited (NWS Ports Management Limited)

     Tuen Mun Town Lot No. 544 has a site area of about 31,667 square metres and is designated for logistics development purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 47,501 sq m and 79,167.5 sq m respectively.
