Tenders invited for government property leases

The property in Kwun Tong should be used for supermarket purpose only, while the property in Stanley should be used for the following purposes only:
(i) Retail shop and service trades (excluding temple, shop for retailing or wholesaling of coffins, godown, hotel, cinema, residential, office and any offensive trade as defined under the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap. 132), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation); or
(ii) Restaurant; or
(iii) Exhibition or convention hall; or
(iv) Recreational or cultural use; or
(v) Any combination of (i) to (iv) above provided that the premises or any part thereof shall not be used for the purpose of a bank, off-course betting centre or motor vehicle showroom.
The tender notices were uploaded today (April 27) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.
Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency on or before May 10 by calling 2594 7654 for the property in Kwun Tong, and by calling 2594 7697 for the property in Stanley.
Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at G/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, before noon on May 21, 2018, for the property in Kwun Tong, and before noon on May 24, 2018, for the property in Stanley. Late tenders will not be accepted.
