Man charged with manslaughter

     Police yesterday (April 24) charged a 32-year-old man with one count of manslaughter. He is in suspected connection with a manslaughter case in Cheung Sha Wan on November 22, 2016, in which a 31-year-old man died.
      
     Police investigation revealed that the arrested man suspectedly pushed a 31-year-old male inmate to the ground in a rehabilitation center in Cheung Sha Wan on that day. Sustaining head injury, the 31-year-old man was rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital in unconscious state and was certified dead on November 24, 2016.
 
     Upon investigation and seeking legal advice, Police arrested and charged the 32-year-old man with one count of manslaughter and he appeared before Kowloon City Magistrates’ Courts yesterday.
