Tenders invited for government property tenancy and automatic vending machine licence

     The Government Property Agency is inviting separate tenders for a three-year tenancy of a government property at Shop No.3 in the Restricted Area on the Departure Level of China Ferry Terminal, China Hong Kong City, 33 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, and a three-year licence for the installation and operation of automatic vending machines in the two areas outside the Passenger Terminal Building, Shenzhen Bay Port Hong Kong Port Area.

     The property in Tsim Sha Tsui should be used for general retail purposes (excluding storage and sale, display or distribution of duty-free goods, perfume and cosmetics), while the property in Shenzhen Bay Port should be used for sale of non-alcoholic drinks except plastic bottled water measuring 1 litre or less.

     The tender notices were uploaded today (March 29) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.

     Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the site should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency on or before April 13 by calling 2594 7654 for the property in Tsim Sha Tsui, and by calling 2594 7697 for the property in Shenzhen Bay Port.

     Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at G/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, before noon on April 23, 2018. Late tenders will not be accepted.
