Missing man in Sham Shui Po located

Luk Man-ka, aged 68, went missing after he left an elderly home on Yen Chow Street on March 21 noon. Staff of the elderly home made a report to Police on March 22 afternoon.
The man was located on Shanghai Street in Mong Kok this morning (March 28).
