From his ties to her bags

     Social enterprise Les Beatitudes connects different groups to support the underprivileged. It collects neckties from offices and provides materials and training so mothers from low-income families, many of whom are Mainland migrants, can transform the ties into ornate bags and purses.

     News.gov.hk interviewed the "sewing mums" to see how Les Beatitudes has changed their lives.
