Tenders invited for government property lease and advertising area licence

     The Government Property Agency is inviting separate tenders for a three-year lease of a government property situated at the former Water Supplies Department Staff Quarters, Tai Tam Tuk Raw Water Pumping Station, Tai Tam, and a three-year licence of the advertising area on the external wall of City Hall Multi-storey Car Park Building, 1 Edinburgh Place, Central.

     The property in Tai Tam should be used for the purpose of a private residence for one single family of the lessee only (excluding staff quarters), while the property in Central should be used for the purposes of installation, operation, management, maintenance and control of advertising display systems for the display of advertisements only.

     The tender notices were uploaded today (March 9) to the Agency's website: www.gpa.gov.hk. Tender documents are available for collection at the Government Property Agency, 31/F, Revenue Tower, 5 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, during office hours (8.30am to 5.45pm from Mondays to Fridays). The documents can also be downloaded from the Agency's website.

     Interested tenderers who wish to inspect the sites should make prior appointment with the Government Property Agency by calling 2594 7697 on or before March 23 for the property in Tai Tam and on or before March 21 for the property in Central.

     Tenderers must submit their tenders by placing them in the Government Logistics Department Tender Box at G/F, North Point Government Offices, 333 Java Road, North Point, Hong Kong, before noon on April 3, 2018 for the property in Tai Tam, and before noon on April 6, 2018 for the property in Central. Late tenders will not be accepted.
