Appeal for information on missing girl in Wong Tai Sin (with photo)

     Police today (January 19) appealed to the public for information on a girl who went missing in Wong Tai Sin.

     Lau Sum-yi, aged 14, went missing after she was last seen at Ngau Chi Wan Market on January 12 afternoon. A social worker made a report to Police on the same day.

     She is about 1.65 metres tall, 59 kilograms in weight and of fat build. She has a round face with yellow complexion and long straight black hair. She was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeved shirt, black trousers and black sports shoes.

     Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing girl or may have seen her is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon East on 3661 0331 or 9886 0060 or email to rmpu-ke-2@police.gov.hk, or contact any police station.
