SLW expresses condolences on death of Ms Sania Yau

     The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Dr Law Chi-kwong, is saddened by news about the death of the Chief Executive Officer of the New Life Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association, Ms Sania Yau. He expressed his deepest condolences to Ms Yau's family today (December 18).

     Dr Law said, "I knew Ms Yau back in the day when she was studying social work, and over the years we both served in the social welfare sector. I am very sad to hear about the sudden death of Ms Yau. She made profound contributions to the welfare sector, and those who had worked with Ms Yau before would miss her. On behalf of the Labour and Welfare Bureau and the Social Welfare Department, I extend my deepest condolences to her family."
