Temporary suspension of flushing water supply in part of Kwai Chung

The Water Supplies Department announced today (December 7) that owing to a water main burst at a slope near Ha Lo Wai Salt Water Service Reservoir in Kwai Chung, the flushing water supply to part of Kwai Chung has been suspended.
The suspension affects Lei Muk Shue Estate, Cheung Shan Estate, Shek Lei (I) Estate, Shek Lei (II) Estate, Shek Yam Estate, Shek Yam East Estate, On Yam Estate, Ning Fung Court, Yi Fung Court and Greenknoll Court, as well as all premises in the area bounded by Wo Yi Hop Road, Lei Muk Road, Tai Pak Tin Street, Shek Pai Street, Lei Pui Street, Tai Loong Street, On Chuk Street, Shek Yam Road, Shek Li Street, Yi Pei Chun Road, Lo Wai Road, Shek Yi Road and Tung Chi Street.
Repair work is being urgently carried out and normal supply is expected to resume at 5pm tomorrow (December 8).
