To enjoy the self-collection service at the iPostal Station, members of the public have to register for a unique Mail Collection Number (MCN) at the EC-Ship online portal (www.ec-ship.hk), and inform senders to put the MCN and sub-code onto mail items. Upon the arrival of the mail items, you will receive an SMS notification with a passcode for mail collection. Current MCN holders may also change and update their selected iPostal Station at the online portal.
