CS to visit Beijing

     The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, will visit Beijing from November 29 to December 1 and call on relevant Central Government officials to discuss issues of mutual concern.

     While in Beijing, Mr Cheung will visit the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, the Chinese Academy of Governance and other Central Government bodies.

     Mr Cheung will return to Hong Kong in the evening on December 1. During his absence, the Secretary for the Environment, Mr Wong Kam-sing, will act as the Chief Secretary for Administration.
