HA releases Medication Safety Bulletin

The Hospital Authority (HA) today (November 24) published the biannual issue of Medication Safety Bulletin (MSB). The new issue of the Bulletin highlights recent updates in a few guidelines on medication safety and drug therapy in particular clinical areas.
The issue also alerts colleagues on a rare adverse drug reaction, and reports how Hong Kong West Cluster shared information on and learned from its near-miss incidents.
The publication has already been posted on the web for sharing with healthcare professionals. Members of the public are also welcome to browse it at the following link: www.ha.org.hk/msb.
MSB is published every six months, on the last Fridays of May and November. The next issue will be published on May 25, 2018.
