Two approved outline zoning plans referred back for amendment

     The Town Planning Board announced today (November 10) that the Chief Executive in Council (CE in Council) has referred two approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals in the Wong Nai Chung and Tsuen Wan areas.

     Each OZP incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.

     The Wong Nai Chung OZP was last approved by the CE in Council in August 2016 and the Tsuen Wan OZP was last approved in April 2017.
