Tropical Cyclone Khanun situation report (3)
     The No. 8 Northeast Gale or Storm Signal issued by the Hong Kong Observatory at 8.40am today (October 15) remains in force.

     The Home Affairs Department has so far opened 21 temporary shelters in various districts and 169 people have sought refuge at the shelters.
     The 1823 Government Call Centre has received 62 reports of fallen tree as at 4pm.

     According to the Hospital Authority, as at 4pm, a total of 16 people, including six men and 10 women, aged between 22 and 86, have sought medical treatment at public hospitals during the typhoon period.

     On air traffic, the Airport Authority Hong Kong reported that a total of 312 flights have been delayed and 67 flights have been cancelled as at 3pm.

     The Drainage Services Department has not received any reports of flooding so far. No report of landslide has been received.
