As the Hong Kong Observatory will issue Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 this morning, the 18 Districts Rope Skipping Competition, originally scheduled to be held from 10am to 1pm and 3pm to 6pm today (October 15) at Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park Sports Centre, has been cancelled.
