STH to visit Hangzhou

The Secretary for Transport and Housing, Mr Frank Chan Fan, will leave for Hangzhou tomorrow morning (October 9) to join other Board members of the MTR Corporation Limited (MTRCL) for meetings and site visits to inspect the MTRCL's railway business in Hangzhou.

Mr Chan will return to Hong Kong in the afternoon on October 10. During his absence, the Under Secretary for Transport and Housing, Dr Raymond So Wai-man, will be the Acting Secretary for Transport and Housing.
