     The Legislative Council (LegCo) Panel on Welfare Services will hold a special meeting tomorrow (September 28) at 10.45am in Conference Room 3 of the LegCo Complex. During the meeting, members of the Panel will discuss the "Review of the planning and provision of social welfare services with reference to the deaths of a mother and son at Shan King Estate".
