Man charged with murder

About 3.35pm on May 22, 2015, Police received a report that a 47-year-old woman and a 16-year-old girl were found collapsed in a private car on Sai Sha Road near Sai O Village in Ma On Shan. They were sent to Prince Of Wales Hospital in unconscious state where they were certified dead in the afternoon on the same day.
Post-mortem revealed that they died of inhaling carbon monoxide.
After investigation, officers of the District Crime Squad of Sha Tin District arrested a 52-year-old man at a unit in Tai Tung Village in Ma On Shan this morning.
The man has been charged with two counts of murder and will appear before Shatin Magistrates' Courts this afternoon.
