Tropical Cyclone Hato situation report (3)
     The Hong Kong Observatory replaced the Hurricane Signal No. 10 by the No. 8 Southeast Gale or Storm Signal at 2.10pm today (August 23).
     The Home Affairs Department has so far opened 26 temporary shelters in various districts and 329 people have sought refuge at the shelters.

     The 1823 Government Call Centre has so far received 466 reports of fallen tree.

     According to the Hospital Authority, as at 1pm, a total of 84 people, including 46 men and 38 women, aged between 9 and 92, have sought medical treatment at public hospitals during the typhoon period.

     The Drainage Services Department has received four reports of flooding so far. One report of landslide has been received.
