Hongkong Post announced today (August 21) that, as advised by China Post, due to air traffic control and tightening of mail security checks, mail delivery services (including Speedpost, parcels and letter post items) to Xiamen, Fujian Province, with the postcodes 361xxx-364xxx are subject to delay until September 7.
