The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (August 15) that due to big waves, red flag has been hoisted at Hung Shing Yeh Beach in Islands District. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beach.
The red flag at the beach was hoisted earlier due to an oil spill. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beach.
