Police appeal for information on fatal traffic accident in Sai Kung
     Police today (August 10) appealed to the public for information on a fatal traffic accident in Sai Kung on May 16 in which a 92-year-old man died.

     About 4.07pm on that day, a private car driven by a 21-year-old man was travelling along Man Nin Street towards Sai Kung Public Pier. When reaching near 23 Man Nin Street, it reportedly knocked down the 92-year-old man who was crossing the road.

     Sustaining head injuries, the man was rushed to Tseung Kwan O Hospital for medical treatment and was later certified dead at 3.36pm on August 4.

     Investigation by the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East is underway.
