Here is an item of interest to swimmers.

     The Leisure and Cultural Services Department said today (August 6) that because of an oil spill, the red flags have been hoisted at Repulse Bay Beach, Middle Bay Beach, South Bay Beach and Chung Hom Kok Beach in Southern District, Hong Kong Island. The beaches have been closed until further notice. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at these beaches.
