Missing man in Kwun Tong located

Wong Man-biu, aged 71, went missing after he left his residence in Yau Tong Estate in the small hours on July 25. His family made a report to Police on the same day.
The man returned to his residence on July 28 afternoon. He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
