Reporter: During the discussion of organ donation policy, improvement is to adopt the opt-out scheme. What is the progress on that?
Secretary for Food and Health: As far as the opt-out scheme is concerned, we have been studying the issue. First of all, (we are) looking at different international practices. We have done a survey to look at what are the perceptions of Hong Kong people in terms of whether Hong Kong should adopt an opt-out system. We are analysing the data and looking into what are some of the results of the study. Once we have more data or we have analysed all data, we will plan what is the next step.
