This press release summarises the Communications Authority (CA)'s decisions following its 65th meeting held in July 2017:
The CA considered two complaint cases in respect of Hong Kong Commercial Broadcasting Company Limited (CRHK)'s non-compliance with the Radio Code of Practice on Programme Standards (Radio Programme Code):
(a) Complaints against the radio programme "Circles" broadcast on the CR 1 Channel of CRHK on March 10, 2017. The CA decided that CRHK should be strongly advised to observe more closely the relevant provision in the Radio Programme Code; and
(b) Complaints against the radio programme "The Fun Box" broadcast on the CR 1 Channel of CRHK on March 8, 2017. The CA decided that CRHK should be advised to observe more closely the relevant provision in the Radio Programme Code.
