The following is issued on behalf of the Liquor Licensing Board:

     The Liquor Licensing Board will meet tomorrow (July 25) to consider five applications for new issue, renewal or amendment of liquor licences.

     The applications are (not in order of discussion):

Hong Kong:

WELLNESSPLUS LIMITED and Stormies in Central
Amazonia in Wan Chai

Kowloon:

KANIYEN in Hung Hom
Sugar Taste Cafe in To Kwa Wan

     The board had initially scheduled consideration of revoking the liquor licence of OHM VEGAN LAB in Central. However, the licensee has requested to adjourn the hearing and the chairman has approved it.

     The meeting will be held at 10.15am in the conference room, Room 102, 1/F, 258 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai. Members of the public are welcome to attend, except during the private session on confidential items.
