Following is the transcript of remarks by the Chief Executive, Mrs Carrie Lam, at a media session after visiting Hong Kong Book Fair today (July 20):

Reporter: Mrs Lam, when is the Government going to announce the co-location plan? Is it coming next Tuesday?

Chief Executive: Well, I cannot confirm the timing. I can only tell you that it will be pretty soon, because if one works back from the timetable of commissioning the high-speed rail in quarter three next year, then we will probably have to start the public consultation and discussion as well as the local legislation work very soon.
