Appeal for information on dead body found in Tseung Kwan O (with photo)

About 2.40pm that day, Police received a report that a man was found drowning in the sea off Clear Water Bay Second Beach. He was rescued and certified dead at scene.
The deceased was believed to be a Chinese man aged between 65 and 75. He was about 1.65 meters tall and was of thin build. He was bald with short white hair on both sides. He was wearing a pair of swimming trunks with multi-colour stripes. No identity document was found in the possession of the deceased.
Initial investigations revealed no suspicious circumstances surrounding his death.
Police urged anyone who knows the deceased or has any information to offer to contact officers of the Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit of Tseung Kwan O District on 3661 0843.
