Seminar for SMEs on "Latest Trends and Use of Global E-Commerce"

     The Support and Consultation Centre for SMEs (SUCCESS) of the Trade and Industry Department will hold a seminar entitled "Latest Trends and Use of Global E-Commerce" on June 28 (Wednesday). Three guest speakers have been invited to introduce the latest trends of global e-commerce and to share their experience in promoting business growth through e-commerce. A representative from the Trade and Industry Department will also introduce support measures provided by the Government for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to expand their markets outside Hong Kong.

     The speakers will include the Chairman of Hong Kong Federation of E-Commerce, Mr Joseph Yuen; the Managing Director of Hong Kong TV Shopping Network Company Ltd, Mr CK Chan; the Managing Director of CLEARgo e-Business Consultancy Ltd, Mr Charles Chan; and the Manager of the SME Export Marketing Fund Unit of the Trade and Industry Department Ms Kimmie Wong.

     The seminar will be held at 2.30pm in the Lecture Theatre, G/F, Hong Kong Central Library, 66 Causeway Road, Causeway Bay (MTR Tin Hau station, Exit B). The seminar will be conducted in Cantonese. Admission is free.
