CE meets Prime Minister of New Zealand (with photos/video)
**********************************************************
The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, met the visiting Prime Minister of New Zealand, Mr Bill English, at Government House this afternoon (May 19) to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.

Mr Leung said that with the combined advantages of "one country" and "two systems", Hong Kong could play the role of "super-connector" for enterprises in New Zealand to explore the Mainland market.

Having regard to the close economic and trade links between Hong Kong and New Zealand, Mr Leung expressed the hope that the two places would continue to strengthen exchanges and co-operation on various fronts and explore more business opportunities by leveraging Hong Kong's huge development potential in the country's Belt and Road Initiative.
