CE meets Governor of New South Wales, Australia (with photo)
************************************************************
The Chief Executive, Mr C Y Leung, met the visiting Governor of New South Wales, Australia, Mr David Hurley, at Government House this morning (May 19) to exchange views on issues of mutual concern.

As an international financial and trade centre, Mr Leung said that Hong Kong can leverage on the city's dual advantages of "one country" and "two systems" and act as a "super-connector" linking the Mainland of China and the rest of the world, thereby opening up more business opportunities for enterprises from New South Wales.

Mr Leung said he looked forward to strengthening connections between the two places on all fronts, with a view to enhancing bilateral ties and promoting the further development of economic and trade co-operation in the region.
