Missing man in Kowloon City located

Ip Shiu-fai, aged 71, went missing after he was last seen in a care home on Waterloo Road on May 6 morning. Staff of the care home made a report to Police on the same day.
Police located the man on Hung Ling Street in Hung Hom this morning (May 12). He sustained no injuries and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
