Environmental Protection Department to organise second public forum on municipal solid waste charging
     The Environmental Protection Department (EPD) will organise the second public forum on municipal solid waste (MSW) charging on May 13 to enable the community to have a better understanding of the proposed implementation arrangements for the MSW charging and to facilitate an exchange of views with the public on the subject.  Representatives of the participating organisations of the Community Involvement Projects for MSW charging will join the forum to share their experience. 
     Details of the second public forum are as follows:
Date: May 13 (Saturday)
Time: 10.30am to noon
Venue: School Hall of Tsuen Wan Government Secondary School,
            70 Hoi Pa Street, Tsuen Wan, New Territories
            (MTR Tsuen Wan Station Exit A1)
     The public forum will be conducted in Cantonese, and simultaneous interpretation services in English will be provided. Members of the public who are interested may send in the reply slip (see Annex) and register through email (mswcharging@epd.gov.hk) or fax (3590 4630), or by calling 3462 2841.  Registration will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
