Appeal for information on missing man in Yau Ma Tei (with photo)

     Police today (May 2) appealed to the public for information on a man who went missing in Yau Ma Tei.

     Chan Chiu-yin, aged 80, went missing after he was last seen in a care home in Yau Ma Tei on April 30 afternoon. Staff of the care home made a report to Police on the same day.

     He is about 1.7 metres tall, 60 kilograms in weight and of medium build. He has a long face with yellow complexion and short straight black and white hair. He was last seen wearing a black vest, yellow long-sleeve shirt, grey trousers, a pair of slippers and a gold-coloured watch.

     Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing man or may have seen him is urged to contact the Regional Missing Person Unit of Kowloon West on 3661 8037 or 9020 6542 or email to rmpu-kw-2@police.gov.hk, or any police station.
