DancingAngels to perform music dance theatre in "Separating from Separation"
****************************************************************************
DancingAngels will perform the music dance theatre production "Separating from Separation" in March. The show expresses emotions through songs as well as dance and portrays stories about separation. By reciting, dancing, singing and moving, emotions that cannot be elaborated verbally are scattered to every corner of the stage, touching hearts and invoking sentiments.

Andy Wong is the artistic director, choreographer and lead vocalist of the show, and Yvette Huang is a guest dancer.

DancingAngels was founded in 2005 by a group of dance lovers. The dance troupe believes that "Art = Life". Members transform their passion for dance into care and love for people around them, hoping to influence and move others through their performance so that society can become warmer and more harmonious. Co-founder and artistic director Andy Wong, who graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts having majored in ballet, is a well-known and active dancer and choreographer in the Hong Kong arts community.

"Separating from Separation" is presented by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department. It will be staged at 11am on March 24 (Friday), 3pm and 8pm on March 25 (Saturday) and 3pm on March 26 (Sunday) at the Black Box Theatre, Tai Po Civic Centre.
